Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy was endorsed by the American Medical Association in 1958 as being an effective and safe method of therapy. Hypnotherapy has become a commonly used method of inciting behavioral and emotional change. Also referred to as therapeutic hypnosis, its primary purpose is to help maintain a healthy emotional, behavioral, and physical state of well being. Hypnotherapy is a creative, empowering way to achieve lasting changes in your thoughts feelings, behaviors and to enhance the body`s ability to respond to medical treatment and heal rapidly. Hypnotherapy allows the participant to focus inward, to access the subconscious mind for these changes to occur. Unlike what Hollywood would have you believe, you are not under anyone`s control. In Hypnosis, you will never do anything against your moral code or belief system.
